Scope of Work:
– Demolition of old walls
– Construction of rooms including altar, kitchen, classroom
– Commercial kitchen along with cooking equipment, walk-in cooler, pantry
– Care taker/pujari quarter along with an ADA bathroom
– Plumbing (water, sewer, gas lines); electrical, HVAC
– Flooring and painting
– Fire sprinkler system with an underground pipeline from Main Street
